Experiencia fantástica: Politely asked on the street if we would like to look at the menu. which we did and the wide varietv of food offered was qood for us as we all fancied somethina different We did have a small wait for a table which was fine and the gent kept us informed of how long it would be. As soon as we were seated they took the drinks order which came out quickly and then we ordered our food (each of us ordering something different), once the food was ordered the cutlery and condiments were placed and food was served within a maximum of 15 mins. cooked fresh and piping hot. All through eating the meal the staff would ask several times if evervthina was ok and if we needed anything. As soon as people startec finishing their meals the plates were removed to make room on the table The food was delicious, everyone in our group of 5 enjoyed what they had ordered We asked for the bill which again came out in a timely fashion and you take the bill to the bar tc pay yourself, no hardship as you are getting ready to leave anyway In all a lovely meal, served well and staff that made vou feel welcome. What a lovely bar! The staff are welcoming and really fun. They show the footie and serve some lovely food. Blue cheese burger is gorgeous! Portion sizes are really good. Highly recommend this bar for drinks and food.

Experiencia negativa: Se você quiser apenas beber uma cerveja, não vá aí. Procurei uma IPA Belga e encontrei um atendimento antipático, tipo bico torto, nariz em pé. Experiência esquisita em Benidorm. O resto da viagem 100% até aqui.

Experiencia fantástica: La verdad que el lugar cumplió las expectativas y nos dejó más que conformes. No es nada del otro mundo pero por 23 euros comimos y tomamos dos cervezas grandes. Recomendable para comer en la zona “inglesa” de benidorm. Las alitas de pollo muy ricas y la pizza también estaba bastante bien

Experiencia negativa: Service was ok did take a while as was busy what we ordered Sunday roast was not bad but not the best cheese burger with bacon had some kind of sauce that wasn't great but don't like that kind of thing anyway if I knew about it I would have said not to put on but didn't say anything in the menu about a sauce and really didn't think much of the chips they weren't good for the 2 meals and 2 pints of pepsi was. 26 .20 euros i would go back and try something different like a pizza

Experiencia negativa: Don't know where the good reviews came from,was absolute rubbish when we went. I had pie mash and peas, mash portion wouldn't fill a child, pie was luke warm and disgusting. Couldn't tell what meat it was, could have been anything. The wife had roast pork baguette with apple sauce and stuffing. Dried up pork,no butter, measly stuffing, and the baguette was so stale you could have smashed a window with it. Staff try to drag you in, then are very rude to customers. Give it a wide berth

Experiencia negativa: Absolute joke. Ordered breakfast and watched numerous tables that had come in after us being served. Waited about 45 minutes. When I asked, I was told the chef was following the tickets in order, and ours was next. Another 20 minutes later, I asked how long it was going to be. The waiter said our order hadn't gon through on his phone (what he took our order on), so not only had he lied that he'd checked with the kitchen, and our ticket was next. It hadn't even gone through! Avoid

Hemos pedido el combo para compartir, costillas , alitas , aros cebolla , una hamburguesa de bacon y queso , puré de patatas , y estaba todo increíblemente bueno. La atención , de 10 , la comida espectacular , el ambiente excelente. Volveremos seguro. Hemos esperado poco , la verdad.

Experiencia positiva: Firstly the food we had was nice ..however service was poor ..we arrived at 12.45pm to be told we couldn't order the Sunday roast until 1 which was fine .other food you could as they were bringing food out. Not many in..We got a drink and chilled ..a group of 8 people came in and then others came in so was filling up ...the other tables were asked for food orders and then ours was taken .thinking we were the first there for Sunday lunch we thought we wouldn't wait long.. ..so the table of 8 were served then others were served ..I was already for leaving after 45 minutes when hubby asked where our food was ..it then came out barely warm but we ate it as we were hungry ( it did taste nice but would of been nicer hotter ) I don't mind waiting for food but when everyone that came in after us were served their food I was a little peed off. Won't return

Experiencia negativa: Íbamos a tomar algo varios y al entrar preguntamos por el aseo y el "amable portero", parecía ser, un hombre mayor con sudadera gris y camiseta negra, nos echó directamente diciendo que nos fuésemos enfrente por preguntar por el aseo Se ve que este hombre lo de lavarse las manos antes de comer, no lo contempla. Pues nos hemos ido todos al Planta 20 a tomar algo y a cenar al Daytona Rock, recomendables 100% los dos, casi hasta debemos agradecérselo al maleducado. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Experiencia negativa: El chico camarero o lo que sea ese señor que trabaja allí un chico joven, pelo largo creo recordar con melena de unos 30 a 35 años super borde anoche sobre esta hora 21:00 horas pase al local y casi me echo de malas maneras acusándome que no podía entrar a vendré drogas, me eche a reír y le dije la real verdad tengo una sonda que urgentemente tengo que pasar al baño a vaciar a pesar de llevar colgado identificación del insalud de tener preferencia para usar cualquier baño publico en cualquier momento ruego al gerente del dicho local tome medidas al respecto u me pase email para aclarar esta desagradable situación y mal entendido por parte del empleado

Experiencia negativa: En nuestras vacaciones era un bar al que siempre hacíamos una visita, hoy no me ha dado tiempo a llegar ya que mi familia ha ido a coger sitio para desayunar y les han echado de malas maneras por pedir en principio un café mientras hacían tiempo hasta que llegásemos los demás. El bar vacío, los demás apoyados en la barra sin hacer nada y el encargado un MALEDUCADO. Está claro que no volveremos. TRATO AL CLIENTE 0

Experiencia negativa: Si eres Español y quieres desayunar NO VAYAS son maleducados,ni siquiera dejan que te sientes y veas la carta mientras te pides un café. ENCARGADO NEFASTO, BAR VACIO,CAMAREROS APOYADOS EN LA BARRA sin tiempo para hacer un café .. Era cliente habitual,ya han perdido a una familia de 12 personas

Experiencia negativa: Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner cero. Acabamos de llegar para tomar un café y el camarero ha ido a atendernos, antes de eso sin habernos sentado ,ha salido un señor (Debe ser el encargado) Y nos ha preguntado si íbamos a desayunar el English breakfast y que ese lugar es sólo para comer. Ni siquiera,nos ha dado la oportunidad de sentarnos pedir el café y ojear la carta para pedir algo para desayunar. PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE POR PARTE DEL ENCARGADO. En otras ocasiones habíamos acudido y tuvimos una buena experiencia,lástima que haya personal así trabajando.

Experiencia negativa: Si no quieres sentirte humillado no te sientes en esas mesas. Bar con un tinte superior que no mola nada, te tratan con absoluta superioridad,teniendo en cuenta que están en otra cultura. Te hablan mal, te miran peor, no te dejan hacer otras cosas como fumar que a los de su categoría sí. Te miran con absoluto desprecio y no hacen ningún intento en comunicarse contigo hasta que tú haces un intento de hablar su idioma. No volvería jamás.

Experiencia positiva: Not our normal eatery. It was OK. Food seemed good. Ate in semi darkness. Footie was on the screens loads of lads watching. A little bit of a fracas between owner? and customer all very entertaining if not a bit scary. Probably wouldn't eat there again.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic. The girls and guys (mainly girls) really looked after us and made sure that we weren't left waiting unlike other places. Hats off to them all. We watched the rugby and they put the commentary through the speakers for us even though they hadn't planned to. We sat there for so long we ended up having lunch and dinner there. Both meals were fantastic value. Great little pub that I would highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Veníamos con la intención de tomar algo, pero la camarera de una forma realmente irrespetuosa nos dijo que si no íbamos a comer que nos fuéramos. Después de la cerveza hubiera comido, pero con esas malas formas te ganas que no acuda nunca más.

Experiencia negativa: 23/12/23....Popped in to watch Football match maybe 10 in pub we had been there and bought rounds of drinks (4 in our party).. one match was on waiting on other match to start..in the meantime 3people arrived they wanted food, so they ordered, and the main match came on there was no sound on TV so we asked could it be turned up and to my shock & horror they told us NO, they had just served us our 2nd round....when asked why not they said your not eating food just drinking, I was astonished...How rude, the 3 people didn't even mind....I was livid and on top of all that there drinks were more expensive than other pubs and our Hotel...We will never return,Rudeness, ignorance, & just no Respect for their Clients.. Once again, we will never return to 'The Beer Garden).. I hope you take this on board if you are in Benidorm.....There are so many other pubs/clubs...But give this one a miss..

Experiencia fantástica: OMG where do I start... from the start we were greeted and shown to our seats. Ordered a round of drinks. Then Ordered a fillet steak rare... and sirloin well done. Wow just wow. We both commented that we hadn't had steaks cooked like that ever! Fantastic.

Experiencia negativa: Second visit in 3 days. The previous time we were told to get our own drinks by a Dutch speaking member of staff? Ok, we did this. But all the other tables were being served?? Tonight again I took a table. The Dutch speaking member of staff refused to serve me drinks as he wanted the table for food guests?? The majority of tables were empty?? I asked him if he did not like us? I remember back in March, this bar was begging for customers. Very poor and let’s down the party atmosphere of Benidorm.

Experiencia positiva: Ni tan mal el sitio la verdad. Ambiente curioso..ingleses viendo fútbol y bebiendo cerveza. Me pedí una pinta de guiness y me costó 5.5 euros, no es caro el precio,pero los precios de la comida son más contundentes y no se lo puede permitir todo el mundo. Queria olivas para la cerveza y la camarera me dijo que no habian. No me ha gustado porque estoy acostumbrado a las olivas con cerveza. Pero bien, un sitio agradable y acogedor.

Experiencia negativa: Bar típico inglés. Está bien para tomar cervezas a buen precio. Música de los ochenta y ambiente totalmente inglés. Atención escasa. Muy parecido a los demás bares ingleses de la zona.

Experiencia positiva: Desayuno ingles con buenas porciones y muy bien precio. Zumo de naranja (bote) no es natural, para lo que cuesta no vale la pena. El café es preferible ni pedirlo.
